Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with DIDA NYC. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer shipping options within the United States, including standard and expedited services when available at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: typically 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: typically 2–3 business days after processing, when available
  • Express Shipping: typically 1–2 business days after processing, when available

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not from the date the order was placed. Delivery times do not include processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping method, and any active promotions. DIDA NYC currently offers free domestic shipping on qualifying orders of $40 or more when the free shipping method is available at checkout.

International Shipping

We may ship to select international destinations when available at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at products@dida.nyc. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
